Chemical peels are a process of controlled destruction of the different layers of your skin which is followed by a regeneration of the cells. As with all chemical peels there are symptoms that may occur such as redness, erythema or burning sensations on the skin however they do disappear in a few hours. As we said earlier these may seem harsh, but these reactions are normal for the treatment, but the effects and benefits will be well worth it. As well as the reduction of skin imperfections and an improvement of your skin tone and texture, skin peels will also stimulate natural collagen and promote cell regeneration, giving your skin that natural glow and hydration we all dream of.
